On my Poem 'He Walks', which is up on here, a girl basicly kind of told me that I was a horrible poet and that I should stop for my own good. here is what she wrote if you are wondering and even if you are not here it is: 'this kind of blatant figurative language, relating puppies to god, or skies to eternity, or whatever, is OK in prose (sometimes) but in poetry less than impressive. i mean byron has done this already, but better. i'm not saying you should give up because byron has wrestled lions or swum the hellespont & you haven't, but maybe you should try crafting metaphors that you haven't read about on the back of a cereal box.' But just for her information, I do not eat cereal, I find it very icky.
